Welcome to Ayub Hilltop Supermarket. By accessing our website, visiting our store, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Provisions
- Ayub Hilltop Supermarket is located at Sajjankanda, Rajbari Sadar, Rajbari.
- We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (e.g., rude behavior, suspicion of fraud).
2. Pricing & Products
- Price Fluctuations: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations (especially for fresh produce, oil, and imported goods).
- Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual product packaging may vary from the images shown on the website.
- Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a substitute or a refund for that specific item.
3. Order & Delivery Policy
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver only within Rajbari Sadar & Dhaka, Orders outside this zone may be cancelled.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are guides only. Delays due to traffic, weather, or political unrest are beyond our control.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers must pay the full amount in cash upon receiving the goods. Our delivery riders do not carry large amounts of change; please keep exact change if possible.
4. Return & Refund Policy (The “Strict” Clause)
- Perishable Goods: We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for fresh produce (vegetables, fruits), fish, meat, dairy, or frozen items once the delivery rider has left your premises. Please check these items immediately upon delivery.
- Dry/Packaged Goods: Unopened, undamaged dry goods can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, provided you show the original receipt.
- Defects: If a product is found expired or damaged upon delivery, return it instantly to the rider for a full replacement or deduction from the bill.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Ayub Hilltop Supermarket shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients for allergies before consumption.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Rajbari District.
